Robert Coxhead

With an exceptional gift of people skills, and a learned array of management skills, I am able to manage all types of people, various types of projects, costs, inventories, and other types of challenges and controls that a successful and profitable operation demands of it’s leaders.

My Employment History includes:

7/12 – current: Consultant -  Independent Consultant for construction, business and insurance claims.

2002 – current: Westward Construction – Project Manager. Coordinated and oversaw repairs to more than 2,000 homes involved in “construction defect” litigation in central CA. This ($25+ million) project was completed in 2006 to the court’s and homeowner’s satisfaction. Another similar (smaller) project was completed in 2007. I still work occasionally for Westward when the opportunities arise.

1996 – 02: Dean Witter/ Morgan Stanley – Financial Advisor (stock broker).

1994 – 96: Restoration Technologies Inc. – Regional Director.  A Sales, Marketing, and Project Management position in the property – casualty insurance arena. RTI focused on catastrophe restoration of computers and all types of technical equipment, as well as large commercial HVAC environmental systems.

1973 – 94: M.F. Bank & Co., Inc. – A commercial insurance salvage and service company. regional manager.  San Francisco Bay Area, 1985 – 94: M.F. Bank Restoration Co., 1973 – 75: North Barrington Police Department – police officer

Education: Western Illinois University (Macomb. IL):  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Additional Training: Morgan Stanley Dean Witter: Financial Services, and Broker Sales Training, Life and Health Insurance Agent License Exam, Mortgage Broker License, California Contractors License, Exam (to be a corporate qualifier), Asbestos Abatement Certification

Sean Trumpower

Sean Trumpower has been a paralegal since 2014.  Sean specializes in the practice areas of civil litigation, family law, and appellate litigation. Sean assists with all aspects of cases, including preliminary drafting, document management, and research.  While under attorney oversight, Sean practices due diligence, and review, analysis and resolution of all cases. Sean also champions the quality control for the firm.

Prior to working for the legal industry, Sean worked in healthcare as a medical assistant.  As a result of this invaluable experience, Sean realized that he truly enjoyed helping others in their time of need.

Sean attended the College of Southern Nevada. Sean has been a licensed Notary  Public since 2015.

Kimberly Andersen

Kimberly is an office manager with the Andersen & Broyles Las Vegas office, where she ensures that the daily operations of the office run smoothly. Kimberly assists clients from the intake process all the way through to a case’s closing documents. 

Formerly, Kimberly was the Executive Director of the Phoenix division of the Lupus Foundation of America.  Kimberly also worked at American Express as a Service Delivery Analyst focused on implementing new system development.  She attended Arizona State University.
